Three months is a small amount of time in PE land. If you really think you have hit a road block, my suggestion is to stop all PE immediately and just spend some time thinking about PE but not doing PE. I don't mean just reading stuff on the internet I mean actually looking at your 3 months in retrospect and really trying to think of anything you could have modified.
Sometimes I'll look back on the past few months and be like "you know what, I really could have done this or that differently, I think I'll try that next time."

Ok, so a gain of 1/4" in both length and girth is going to yield you with a significantly noticeable increase in size. 7"x5.5" is a big dick.
How about you give yourself a realistic attainable goal of lets say 10 months. That would be a rate of gain of 0.025 inches per month. Not going to be real noticeable on a tailors tape or ruler if you keep measuring every few weeks or months but the gains will accumulate over time.
Get started on really mastering the jelq. There is a strong mind body connection that you will need to develop to get the most benifit out of jelqing. The jelq is more of an art than lets say bench presses for comparison sake.
What kind of lube are you using and what kind of time and privacy do you have?

Same story here for the first three months. Veins but no gains. I made an improvised extender/hanger and at the 5 month mark I finally noted a .25" gain. My problem is I haven't gained since. I haven't had any luck with an extender ( .75" + increase in bpfsl , bpel same)but I would suggest doing this or start hanging. Some people gain a lot in their first 3 months(Newbie gains made up of increased EQ mixed with a little bit of actual growth) and some don't, it's mainly for conditioning and getting to know your PI's and needed rest days and all, now you can start on more advance stretches and/or squeeze exercises for girth.
Did you happen to look at the top of the page under exercises to see what you want to incorporate? There's no one routine for everyone and no best exercises for everyone, and like others said PE is a slow and long process and you haven't even complete the 3 months beginner routine yet and calling it quits, some people takes 4-6 months to see any gains when they finally find what works for them.
