    2-4 x 10 lbs hanging bib hanger btc/sd (working up to 20 or so lbs)
    JP90


    would like to add an ADS/ extender to the mix just to keep it in an extended state or a slight pull.


    Seems like a good magical formula.

    Already seeing results with hanging plus the wet jelqs/manual stretching from JP90.

    Thoughts?

    doing everything at once doesnt always meen better gains. Why stretch and hang and extend? Over kill.

        you think? perhaps extending is a bit much but certainly holding it at an extended state will help gains... if thats passively or with an extender either is fine.

        disagree with that last bit though, keeping a passive piece of equipment on lightly wont be work at all. honestly hanging full time was the worst. 6 sets a day? thats torture to me.

        The pe90 is great compliment and gives me gains.

          Ok, i thought you meant an extender,must have misread. Hanging and a passive stretch sounds good. With hanging you wont need stretches but some light jelquing would be good.
