  • What routine after jP90?

    Think it would be interesting to see what routine members are doing after JP90 and what improvements have been made post "basic training". And to be honest am looking for a routine to switch things up. I have been doing this off and on since 07. But have been doing a serious routine for a year now. I have grown just over an inch in length and a half in girth. Thank for you that share!
    So I have been at for a while and need to post results since I started.

      It really depends on your goals.

      Some people simply increase intensity, some add advanced exercises and some add devices into the mix.

      You'll probably get a better answer if you give us some goals. Are you after more length, more girth, or both?
