Thread: In need of some advice/help

well i did the jp90 a while back gained a little, switched my routine to pretty much all advanced length only exercises, but my routine was only set for 1 month starting in the first week and increasing the length of the routine by 10 mins every week, and it worked i gained about 0.3, idk if that was apart of my newbie gains bcuz i did the jp90, so the next month i started over and did the same routine. I didnt gain anything, a little discouraged i didnt kno what to do, so for the past 2 months i have kinda been tweaking my routine and not being real consistent with the on and off workout days. i want to get focused again but i wanna have a good advanced routine. i also have added about 10 to 12 mins of slinky bends for girth, and thinking if i should expand my original routine to instead of increasing ever week i should increase the time of my routine every month
(my stretches consist of -all directions stretch-btc stretch-a and assisted a stretch-mandingo stretch) i mean i did have success i just dont know what to do now. thank you for your time and any advice you can give
