My bpel is aprox 7.7 and my girth is 4.9. Im sure i will hit the 8inch with my extender (just started over) i gained in the past, 0,4 inch within 160 hours... However i really want to gain some freaking girth (id like to have at least 5.5) but i work and im very bussy so i realy dont know what to do to gain girth can some share there thinking?

As long as you are properly conditioned, i would say, clamping, erect bends, big al squeeze, and for base girth, hanging.

The extender is primarily for length. I would drop that if you're aiming for girth. The above exercises are great and so is edging and ballooning.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"

Uli's, high erection jelqs, tunica tugs. This will eventually give you girth! Do tunica tugs throughout the day, anytime on the toilet.But be very conditioned! Edging for better hardness, I am superhard these days, it stands 12oclockBPEL...7.0 ...7.75....8

jelqing is unpredictable and you may gain girth from a simple jelqing routine. Some guys certainly do. Try that for a few months and then see if you need more girth work.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I would recommend doing a simple beinnger's routine to get yourself started and then start gearing it towards to mostly girth routine. You will have to search for some good exercises, but a few of the main ones are an Uli, squeeze, bends, etc? Good luck.Short-term Goal: 7x5.5 16.85 volume
