Hey everyone. First off, this is my first post in the forums, even though I've been reading posts on this site for some time now. I'm 23 years old, and over the past year or two I have been experiencing a lot of trouble with erectile dysfunction. Psychologically it has ruined me. I used to jelq and stretch on and off in high school, and am now looking to use it to help cure my ED while also getting into shape. When in high school I would jelq with the technique given in the exercises listed on the site; one hand, OK grip, jelq to glans, 2nd hand at base, jelq to clans, repeat. I have recently read a post by PESG where he states that he would use one hand to jelq to a count of 3 while holding his second hand at the glans to trap blood flow, then place his second hand at the base to trap blood flow yet again, and finish the first hand to 5, repeating with the other hand and so on. I tried this technique for the first time, and didn't really get much out of it. However, PESG had awesome gains from doing this exercise. Am I doing something wrong here? If anyone could give an explanation on which of the two jelqing methods to use it would be greatly appreciated. I should also mention that I would like to stay away from v-jelqs for now. Once I'm positive I'm doing the exercise safely I can start on my mission to have a healthy member! Thank-you.
Here's my routine (2 days on 1 day off)
15+ minutes warm up - hot pad
30 second stretches - out, up, down, left, right, rotate left, rotate right
10 minutes jelqing - 3-5 second jelqs
20+ minutes edging
Also, I would have posted this in the beginners forum but wasn't sure if it was a beginners question being that I have past experience. If this thread belongs there instead of here I apologize.

Physical exercise should help with ED, good cardio=good blood flow= get it up easier in my experience and from what I've read.
Stretching decreases EQ so if you want to focus on getting hard, I would stick to jelqing and not do insane stretches (from what I've read and I find it harder to get it up lately, I think from stretching).
I've only done kegels 3 times, but every single time it seemed to really help my EQ the days following and it was easier to get hard quicker with less arousal.
I would like a lot of opinions on this before you listen to me, but I think it might help if you cut out stretching in your routine and see if that helps. I do not know, however, if that will increase risk of injury from jelqing. I'm new to PE but hopefully some of this helps.BPEL---EG-----Date

My unit isn't small, but there is no way I could hold my penis at the glans and be able to jelq up my shaft with my next grip to a count of three. My jelqing fingers would run into each other. I hold my unit out once I get to my glans in order to facilitate getting my next grip as deep into my pubic bone as possible - but then I let go immediately after I get that second grip.
Why don't you want to do V's? They will hit your CC's better than regulars do.
