I´m new to PEGym and PE at all so this question might already have been answered.
Look, I´m 18 and I wonder if I should really start PEing?
Because you know it´s said puberty stops at 21-23 in generell.
And a friend told me he grew almost an inch in Length
from 18 to 23.
So my questions are:
Does PE affect/stop the natural growing process?
Shall I stop now?
Does tunica stretching increase the LOT?

There is little to none medical research proofs. Some may say yes, other no. What are you going to do is your own choice. If you are worried about it, then wait. You are still young, there is many years of PE before you.Start(11.24.11) BPEL 6 7/8 EG 4 7/8

I wouldn't worry too much about it man. I started going to the gym when I was 16. I did a light routine for overall body look.
You can still kegel/reverze kegel. do some light stretching and light jelqing.. It's healthy for you dick so it's the same like you would say "I don't want to run now and train my body because I COULD still be in puberty."

I think there is little chance PE could hurt you in any way if you take it slow and easy. You body and hormones will do what they will do... manual exercises will not change that.
