Thought I'd leave an update here for future reference.
It's been 3 months (according to my results journal I keep) and I've gained: 3/4" BPEL, 1/4" EG. The length gains were achieved really quickly, but have plateaued recently. I'm getting about maybe 1/16" of an inch per week. I haven't seen any girth gains in about 2 months.
My current workout (3-5 days a week) is:
10 minutes warm up consisting of a hot bath and gentle massaging.
10 minutes of intense stretching. I pull hard enough to get a stretching feeling. I can feel some pain but from what I can tell its from my skin being pulled. Never enough to get me worried or anything internal.
18 minutes of jelqing with 2-4 second strokes per hand. Having trouble keeping erection levels up. Started at 10 minutes for about 1.5 months, then started increasing time.
5-20 minutes of edging afterwards. Occasionally ejaculate by accident
Kegeling whenever I think about it.
As mentioned, recently I've hit a plateau in gains, plus also I've been having trouble achieving erections, and decreased erection quality. Also a red spot on my glans and decreased horniness. Altogether I think I might be over training. I'm going to take the next week off, plus decrease my jelq time and stretch intensity.
Eventually I would like to alter my routine to be more girth focused. Maybe in a month or 2. I was looking at flaccid bends and side jelqs for an intermediate exercise.
Any thoughts? Let me know.
Current Measurements: BPEL - 6.75" NBPEL - 5.75" EG - 4.5"

I would say with all your Physiological Indicators, and the no sign of gain, you are over training.
Also you might think about having a set routine for kegels.
Take a Break until you are getting realitively hard erections and feel well enough to start peing again. Start off slow again and gradually increase times. Also you shouldn't feel any pain stretching, just stretch to the point before pain arises.

If the red spot is tiny, it's likely just a capillary and not a major deal. But pain while stretching is bad, like megaalgos said.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
