    Soo, i been watching the forum, and i think im ready to start, im new in the forum, i just registrated myself, been watching the forum since two days ago.


    Im 19, almost turning 20.
    And i have a measure of.

    NBPEL 7.7 inch, a little more i think.
    EG 4.75-5 between those.


    I want to gain more girth, is not too less, but not too much, so i want to ask you guys some questions.

    I think i have a low EQ because i masturbate myself a lot, i have been in the point, when i have masturbated myself even 10-12 times in day.
    Right now i been doing it 1 or 2 times at day, or more recently even just 2 times at week.

    So can you guys help me answering some questions.


    How can i gain EQ?
    Am i prone or not prone to gain girth or length faster, i been hearing that people with usually above average measures are prone to gain measures faster and easier, is not that i want it easier, just to know?
    I have seen people in the forum that claims to have gain length or girth and then lose it, can this happen?
    The question i said before is related to this one, if i gain some length or girht i have to keep doing the exercises so i dont lose that, or i can even lose some of my natural length.
    Example.

    Im 7 inch legth normal, starting.
    After some PEing i get
    8.5 inch
    I stop Peing
    I go back to 7 inch after a while.
    And after more time i get to 6.5 inch

    Can this happen?

    My EQ is bad, i have seen that when im masturbating myself,my erection dont last too much, not because i eyaculate fast i dont have too much control of my eyaculation, but i think i cant last normally, i would like to improve this, but im talking that if i stop masturbating my penis will start to go flacid in not much time, the last time i was measuring my penis, i have to start masturbating again after measuring him to make another measure, because he starts to get flacid fast, is this going to be a problem?, i cant stop thinking how to make my erect exercises without being able to maintain my penis erect.

    Obviosly my EQ seems to be ok when i get erections randomly, when im not thinking in masturbating just for that, when i get an erection in the morning, or watching something randomly in internet, or something like that, it seems that my erection last normally, and sometimes i even want them to go away but they dont go away.

    Do i have to use supplements, or use vacuum pump to achieve results, or i can just exercise my penis, and get results the same way?

    And finally,what rutine would you guys recomend me, i have seen the 90 jp routine, but maybe there is one more new, or i dont know.

    And like i say, the more important question i have is, do i have to keep the exercise after gaining measure or i will lose it?

    You received a lot of different measurements based on your constantly changing EQ and because you're measuring NBPEL, which varies by body fat, how full your bladder is, hydration, etc. Plus, you may be slightly pushing the ruler into your fat pad a little more or less.

    Your EQ is low when you masturbate 10x per day. I'm sure you see how it improves when you cut back a bit.

    If you make gains and then quit, you can lose them, yes. It seems that the longer you work towards gains, the more persistent those gains become. Doing a routine specifically to maintain gains you've made is called cementing.

    Sounds like the best thing for you right now is a solid program that you stick with and a commitment to masturbating at a reasonable frequency.

      Lucky motherfucker. 7.7 NBPEL is solid, you're set. You want more length? Do a newbie routine/manual stretching until you stop gaining. Then start hanging.
      Once you're at your desired length, cement that shit and start doing manual girth work with pumping. You'll get a fatty.

      L-arginine is a good supplement. I take 5 grams of powder 20-30 min before bed with water. It's the main ingredient in all penis enlargement pills. It's used for physical training, taken 30 min before training. It'll help erections. Oh, and stop jerking off and watching porn. That will help your EQ big time. Try running or other cardio and try lifting weights, specifically squats and lifting heavy with your legs. This creates testosterone which gives you bigger balls and more hardons. Kegels will help too but you can't rely on just doing kegels, do all of the above for best results. There is a thread here which lists all the supplements (mostly herbs) that contribute to good EQ - search it.

        I dont want length, in two ocassions girls have maked it me go easy because i was hurting them, even when i was going to lose my virginity at 16, i was around 7,3 inch and the girl didnt do it because i was too "big", and i lost my oportunity to lose my virginity until 18 years, i want to gain only girth, if the oportunity of gaining length appear then i will do it, but im here just to gain girth, im happy with my lenght, even sometimes a little upset.

        Great answer, so i will probably keep doing the exercises to not lose my gain, and they are good for health.

        And
        Can i make exercise without getting more than 8.5 inch of length as much, i have been in trouble with my measure, even turned down, and is not that big, as thos guys with 10 inchs, but i dont want problems just because im too "big", so can i keep exercise myself, to cement, and not gaining more lenght that 8.5 inch.
        Because i dont want too much length added.

            Ok,considering what you said, im thinking in gaining length.
            The only problem, is in my whole life, i have just been able to go beast mode one time, and it was because the girl was drunk, i would like to do this, but right now, i have to go easy with the girls, because they say i hurt them, but you are right, maybe i should look up for more experienced womens, so i will increase length if i can.

            NBPFSL 4.3 inch

            And what routine will fit with me, please link if is possible.

            And i been reading a little about fat, so i have to say, i was really fat in one time, right now im good im 67 kg(147.709 lb), im not fat right now, but i seem to have a lot of body fat, should i start doing exercise, and this will maybe get my penis bigger?

              For the EQ - definitely cut back on your masturbation. Works wonders for me. Also I'll put this out there - avoid prescription medications, smoking and alcohol. These can KILL erections, temporarily and sometimes permanently. Alcohol not so much.

              If you still have trouble after cutting back, do kegels/ reverse kegels. Peace, SS

                Ummm no, mind you I only have experience of women to 50 y old ,but at 8 by 6 many in that age bracket would prefer smaller.
