Can anyone recommend one? Are jelqs, kegels (mine are already pretty strong), and squeezes (ULIs) the best?
I'm relatively new here and my EQ is about a 5... Please help! Thanks.

I feel you man.
EQ is sometimes a bit of a bitch for me because I got a bit of ED from a prescription drug I took about 1 year ago. I can tell you that was has worked for me is definitely jelqs and kegels. But do reverse kegels too man!!! Yeah. Do that shit. You need a balance or you could start coming real quick. So start jelqing and a kegel/reverse kegel routine. Do it safely and see what works for you, take it slow and ease into it. Cause my stupid arse (I'm fair bit of an idiot) has made the mistake of only doing kegels and doing too many jelqs.
Some supplements you might want to check out:
Green tea extract
Power walking 30 mins per day will most likely help too. I did for me but I couldn't sustain it due to other commitments.
And also: Don't watch porn! The stuffs evil and can potentially be bad news for your erections. Don't watch it. Quit the porn. This will do wonders for your erections. Also, avoid smoking, avoid alcohol, and avoid drugs. These will all kill your erections too.
So basically: Don't watch porn, eat clean, exercise when you can, jelq SAFELY and start LIGHT (JP90 ROUTINE) and remember your reverse kegels to supplement your kegels.
And remember this will not happen overnight too. Be persistant, dedicated but most of all SAFE. If you haven't done anything real stupid like take a drug or are overweight and you have a good libido you can DEFINITELY bump up the EQ to a solid 9-10 with some work.

While I am really only a beginer, your routine looks promising to me. Keep things simple in my opinion, you do not need to complicate things are you are starting out. Personally I would only begin with stretching and jelqing as to avoid overtraining. Remember to take things slow and don't rush into things.
