I still think that stretches are the way to go, lots and lots of stretches, you may even gain some base girth. jelq if you really want to, but I don't think it's entirely necessary.
Also, given your privacy issues, stretches are far more convenient as they are dry and you can do them pretty much anywhere

Don't get lost in all the tips and tricks, or the hype of some claiming ridiculous gains in short time
I've learned a couple important things in my 13 months here, and I believe they are key to success:
1) everyone is different, and what works for one person doesn't work for all. The only true way to see what works, is to experiment and see what works for you personally. Getting too caught up in someone else's routine can make you blind to other options
2) gains can be pathetically slow. I never plan on seeing noticeable gains in a couple months time. Even with my current aggressive routine of 8 hours per week of hanging and 50 hours per week extending, I'll be thrilled to continually gain 0.25" per year. Slow gains are better than no gains!
3) have some fun. If PE becomes a chore, your risk of failing increases dramatically
Don't give up, with some patience I'm sure anybody can find the magic combination that works for them

@rbi: thanks for the advice! I'll wait and see for more advice to pop up though.
@DJ: yeah, that's exactly the feeling I started to get you know. I stretched, made my dick wet with cocoa butter and started jelqing .. a kegel/reverze kegel routine. Let's say this all took 45-60 minutes. And no gains.
While if I train in the gym for one hour. After one month, I'm significantly bigger. And I know PE is not the same as working out but you get my point. The satisfaction is higher working out in the gym than PE'ing.
I'm not the type of person that gives up easily .. But this routine just doesn't do anything for me. I also don't get morning erections. A lot of guys post they have ROCKhard morning erections by doing PE. I notice no difference. I see a bigger flaccid length because of the stretches = good! But erect lengths .. absolutely nothing. I would be so happy if I finally got to 7,5 NBP! my short term goal.

I hold my stretches for 2 min a piece and also mix in bundled stretches. Maybe give it a shot. Good luck!Starting: 1/14/12

How do you guys stretch, like 30 seconds stretch, 30 seconds pause/kegels or something??
+ 2minutes hold? Isn't that way too long? how much pressure do you use for your stretch?
I also read a lot like "my bpfel has increased", well, mine hasn't at all.
