How do know if my pe stretching is working,what should i feel while during the stretching,what should i feel after the streching,which stretching exericse adds length best.Im am looking for length more than girth

You should feel as thou your penis is less springy. Like its easyer to stretch afterwards. I hear low erection jeqls are more for length. Also you can hang when you are conditioned post jp90.

When you stretch with one hand, use the other to feel up and down the shaft to make sure there is tension throughout the entire shaft. The shaft should feel tense/stretching when you lightly squeeze up/down the shaft with your hand. If you're feeling pain, you're pulling too hard, but you do want to use a fair amount of constant pulling force. I usually don't feel much different afterwards, my penis just feels fatigued and lazy.
I say to make sure there is tension throughout the shaft because if you're yanking on the skin too much on the underside of your penis, not all of the penis is actually being stretched as well as it could be. Underside being an example.BPEL---EG-----Date

One does not have to wait 90 days to begin hanging. If someone wants to hang and starts out with the proper weight and progresses as they should slowly hanging is one of the safest and oldest forms of PE known to man. Men have been hanging for thousands of years.
I have seen many more injuries from stretching and jelquing than from hanging.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
