so folks, my question is basically this: do you think it's helpful for gains to get random erections throughout the day, AFTER you have already done your PE workour for the day? suppose I do my routine at 10am. would a little mini-edging session at 5pm be too much for the dong? it seems like there have been some very successful chemical PE procedures that involve just having a boner for extended periods of time, and the boner alone causing gains.

There is also very bad things that follow extended erections. A random boner is a good sign. This whole process is trial and error, try it if it brings a neg pi you know its to much. Remember you have more days to workout the rest of the week. So don't push hom no hard or you'll be cutting your week short.

I think getting erection during the day is a good thing for you. It keeps your penis nice and plump.
I work out usually at 9am and every time I get a chance (hiding in the restroom ) I will bring it to a full erection.. I also try to edge at least one time a day
Getting an erection is not bad for you, it's natural.. keeping it up for 4 hours is not.
