edge until PONR,
at the very very very point of no return kegel as hard as you can, push 3 fingers under scrotal area as you deeply inhale to stop orgasm,
during this whole experience (with your other hand) ULI/ CLAMP at base with OK grip ( Right at PONR) and push grip forward to lock in and further expand.
hold very tightly as long as possible....
right before orgasm you have most blood in your penis.
so if you ULI it and clamp it off you will get the most expansion possible, and the pushing forward adds a stretch to the tunicas.
making this the greatest exercise ever?
