    Some say that you should train less and that too many guys are overtraining with 5on2off or even 2on1off and too intense exercises. Some say that if you work hard, frequent and intense you'll gain the most. What do you guys think?

    I think it depends on each individual. some do routines every day (lighter ones) and gain much, somelitterally beat the crap out of their penis and gain great.
    I wonder why it's like that.

    If he (my penis) dont want to play and is tired we dont play. If he has power and energy after earlier workout i can play with him again later. Do what feels best for you and stay safe.

    If I would choose rather I do a session or not by the feel of my penis then I could do a session every day...
    My session actually consists of 20 min of jelqing (70-75% erect), stretching and tunica tugs (pretty intense but no injuries) no more fatigue whatsoever.

    Another question: Can a penis get resistant to PE? and I don't speak about conditioned here

    Everyone's body reacts differently. I find it hard to shed fat but easy to gain muscle. Some are the complete opposite. You have to find what works for you. I initially found 2on1off way too much for 2 weeks and eased into it. Now I do 2on1off. Just took 5 days off (first time since starting) and this session went well. Follow the physical indicators thread. Try to increase your routine little by little until you get negative PI's...then return to your previous intensity and stay there for a week before trying to increase again.

    Frequency wise I like 2on1off, for me 5on2off would mean my routine is too light or I would be overworking my dick.
