1 Month Left In JP90
I haven't gained any length or girth since since starting 2 months ago. What should i do or change to see some gains I have no desire to quit and I'm back in the gym to lose weight as well. Will losing weight also help my penis grow? Another question is will having sex do anything for your penis?

Losing weight will not make your penis magically grow but if you have an overly large fat pad then losing some of it will make more show for NBPEL but it won't change your BPEL.
Just stick with jp90 till the end how it is then after that you will be conditioned enough to switch it up and add more exercises into the routine or more reps or longer holds and so on.

and yes, having sex should help you with your gains! especially if you can last a long time in bed, having your penis erect for that long is great for internal expansion

Thanks steve yea i didn't think losing weight would help it grow but, it should show more of it and I do have a fat pad.

Just remember too that the majority of people who gain in the inital 3 months are gaining from an increase in EQ. If you already have high eq, then you may not gain at all during this stage.

Losing weight will help with your blood flow, so it won't technically make your penis bigger from smooth muscle etc, BUT it will be bigger due to higher natural EQ. Losing part of the fat pad will make part of your penis visible that is currently hidden, and don't worry about having no gains as I'm to understand JP90 isn't meant to provide gains (most people don't get gains in the first 3 months, but JP90 is meant to condition your penis so you can do exercises that will give you gains without your dick snapping in half)...or so I have read.
Stick with it for the third month and then seek advice/search on how your can increase your routine by hanging and other advanced methods I have yet to try.

I didn't think I was going to gain anything from JP90 but once I'm done I want to start seeing gains in the next step of exercises. That's my plan to lose weight and lose the fat pad so I can see some of my penis that is covered by my fat.
