Hi! This seems to be really interesting. Got a few questions:
- Does this have any kind of injury risk? In that case, is it a dangerous injury, or just a little pain/discomfort?
- Does this affect erect length?
- How much does it affect to flaccid size? Can you really become a shower doing this in a long period?
- Are these exercises bad or good for EQ?
- Do they substitute normal stretches of the normal routine? Can I mix normal stretches with these in a length-orientated routine?
- Are they complementative exercises (so they don't require to warm up like the routine's ones)?
- Is it good to do some edging after/before this?
In my case, I'm growing a good one and I'm pretty happy with PE, it's been 2 months and a little since my beginning, but I've never tested this exercise. Knowing that I'm a life-long turtler, and I've got a tiny flaccid (it's going slightly better now with PE though), I really want to add an exercise like this to my routine.
If someone can help with this... I'd be very grateful. Thanks!

The biggest change will be your flaccid gains. These are an excellent way to go from grower to shower.

Can you really, really become a shower with these exercises? What the... that's way more than I thought they could do. Sounds pretty great.
Are they risky? Need more than 2 months of conditioning or so? Need to be done on the same moment than the rest of exercises?
I think I'm adding them up to my next week's routine.

Nearly 4 weeks ago I started to do BigO.s laz. I have worked myself up to 1 hour and 45 minutes. I do 7-20 minutes and then take a break for 5 minutes and the do another set (Usually the set is 10-12 minutes). Sometimes I do some of the stretching in the afternoon and the rest in the evening and sometimes all the stretching at evening.
After 2 weeks I did change the exercise so it gives me a even better stretch.
Instead of laying down from the side in the sofa I'm doing them in my bed. I'm standing at the end of the bed, then pulling back the package and sit down on it. After that I carefully pushing my hip forward just a little to stretch it even more. Then I lean back carefully against a stack of pillows so I'm in a sitting/laying position with my feet on the floor. This stretch is crazy!! I also started to pull a belt around my lower legs to make it easier to hold the legs together.
What I notice is that when I first lay back I just let it stretch for a while, then I start to flex/hold my stomach to get a better stretch. Another thing to do when it works to do sets up to 15 minutes is to take away a pillow after 10 minutes, the stretch is getting more intense when you change the position a little. Another tip, sometimes when the stretch starts to feel loose, then I try to slide my body forward a little to stretch back the package a little more.
I have only done this for 27 days but holy crap these are a killer. My body gets warm and even a little sweaty because of the tension you need to have in your legs and stomach. Lazy ass... well I read and watch Netflix on my iPad when I do these stretching but it's really intense.
I know it's too early to say anything yet about the effect but I have a really good feeling about these. I will continue with them the way I have described here and update about the results.
What I can say is that my erection looks bigger. And last saturday my woman noticed the same thing but I also doing my new jelqing so it could be the combo of these two exercises.

Would this be like a cross dresser tucking there penis between there legs? Might explain why cross dressers seem to have large cocks? I gave it a try, and the stretch was good, and I was able to keep it that way for quite a while. Don't know if long term you would see gains.
