It’s official my length is concrete at 4” gain and my girth is frozen at 5 5/8 after learning to measure properly with a flexible yellow tape measure. This was the best thing I ever decided to do and I recommend all males that have doubts; use a jelq only routine to gain an inch. That first inch is motivation.
But the LAS is one of my go to exercises and can be advanced with experience. I have been actually grabbing from behind and sitting while still pulling which allows for a very solid tug after my hand tires out; I then sit down scooting forward until it stretches. I have also been using breathing techniques to really focus on maintaining the stretch.

I was watching a cable show about a cross dresser. He was tucking his junk to disguise himself and this was years before I discovered PE. Now after years of trial and error, my routines include the LAS, Master Jelq, cock rings (only I’m occassion when I need a real pump), horse squeeze modified into my jelq routine, and 2x per week 2 hour edging.
