It’s official my length is concrete at 4” gain and my girth is frozen at 5 5/8 after learning to measure properly with a flexible yellow tape measure. This was the best thing I ever decided to do and I recommend all males that have doubts; use a jelq only routine to gain an inch. That first inch is motivation.
But the LAS is one of my go to exercises and can be advanced with experience. I have been actually grabbing from behind and sitting while still pulling which allows for a very solid tug after my hand tires out; I then sit down scooting forward until it stretches. I have also been using breathing techniques to really focus on maintaining the stretch.
As I said in one of my original posts:
I was watching a cable show about a cross dresser. He was tucking his junk to disguise himself and this was years before I discovered PE. This cross dresser was huge and his length and girth were massive “As I remember”. I thought wow... I wonder if I try this it would help stretch me to porn star status? Of course I half heartedly tried and with a 4” penis is was not even possible to get it to stay and I never thought about sitting on it .
Now after years of trial and error, my routines include the LAS, Master Jelq, cock rings (only I’m occassion when I need a real pump), horse squeeze modified into my jelq routine, and 2x per week 2 hour edging.

So I was going through my old threads, I almost forgot about these, lol.
Just did 10 minutes and Holy crap, skin above the dong (upper man pad) is burning and this is going back in the routine.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I have a VacExtender mod kit (V3) which includes a vac cap. When I put the vac cap on, it makes it easier to pull my junk between my legs and it helps keep my dick from slipping out. I use it mostly at night in bed.
