Hello folks. I've decided to start doing PE again, without skipping days and I need some help.
I've started doing PE last december. I've done a lighter version of JP90's workout for about 1-2 months. I then started skipping days because I wasn't really seeing results. After that, I've continued doing workouts and skipping days because I wasn't motivated enough.
I took a short break from PE ( about 1-2 weeks ) and then I started sock-hanging. I've decided it wasn't healthy for my schlong so I've started doing manual exercises again.
I haven't done PE for 1 or 2 months now and I really want to get back on track but I need a good routine.
The thing I noticed is that manual stretching with only a little dry jelqing at the end works best for me. Since I live with my parents, it's kinda hard to warm up properly and that's one of the things that made me gain little to nothing.
Despite the lack of motivation and lack of proper warming up, I noticed that when I didn't skip days for a week or two, my EQ would increase.
I used to do rotations + 2 or 3 different types of manual stretching and some light 30-40% erect jelqing.
My question to you is, what should my routine consist of now? How long should it be? How many types of exercises should I do?

Start with your light version of jp90 again, you said it works for you so keep doing it.
As for warm ups it's wise to do them and figure out a way to do it even if your at home, could be a warm glass of water, a rice sock, an electric heating pad etc.
