Been doing PE for 3 years now, but have never actually found a workout that suits me.Finally I believe i've figured it out...
Currently working only on girth.

10 x 30-40 sec Uli's
(full 100% erection pushing it)
30-40 min Jelqs
I do the jelqs afterwards because there is a great amount of blood still in there.
Throughout the day I do really light tunica tugs. I guess these are really targeting it.
The day after im still really pumped. Looks and feels great!
