I'm trying to understand a reverse kegal, what I'm guessing is that once you do a regular kegal then try to push it out instead of in? Any advise?

Thanks Upcoming stallion, but it really doesn't explain how to do a reverse kegal. I understand that it feels like your pushing your pee out faster but when you don't have to pee you really can't feel the muscle like you would if you did a regular kegal. Any help?Last edited by Skinny_Rattler; 11-27-2012, 07:27 AM.Gonna make it WIDER (Thats an attention getter!)
