I was thinking about posts I've read on ejaculation, and how it releases minerals and vitamins as well as temporarily lowering your testosterone. I think your testosterone is raised after you work out, so it made me wonder if physical exercise can potentially increase the gains you aim for with PE....excluding the EQ gains from your body being able to pump blood easier.

I strongly believe cardiovascular health is essential to powerful erections. Exclude the EQ gains and you aren't going to see much results from physical exercise. A tremendous amount of physical strength may help you to train your heart to pump more blood into specific parts of the body(the erection most importantly) but that goes back to cardiovascular health.
Testosterone does nothing for PE growth. Penis growth from PE is not testosterone driven nor does it rely on it. Testosterone may help you be more motivated to PE and be obsessed with your penis.

Healthier living and exercise does not increase the penis size as far as tissue mass is concerned but will give better EQ and if you gain 1//2 inch due to EQ alone than in my opinion you gained 1/2 inch period, and good point GFG, there are definately 3 chambers in the dinster dongus.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
