I am not sure if being young helps but let me tell you my story until now.
I started PE in July (at the age of 19) with 5 min warmup, 10 min stretch and 10 min jelq (60% erect). Sometimes I did less than that because I didn't want to overtrain. I usually did 3 days on, 1 off. I started gaining a few weeks ago when I changed my routine to a 5 min warmup and 15 min stretch, and I have gained more than 0,1 inches in length per week which I think is a lot. I think I have gained almost 0,5 inches in 3 or 4 weeks. I am not targeting girth. I am almost 20, and I am having decent gains, but I have had to wait for them. Keep doing your routine and start conditioning your member. You will see results sooner or later. I thought I would never gain, but in the end I have. Don't stop PE. Keep on doing your routine.BPEL: 7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9, 9.0.
EG: 5.9, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3.

I'm 8.6 inches and always thought I was close to average until recently a friend said my ex told him I was huge. It was an eye opening moment when my friends all admitted to being average or small. I used to feel that the penis size studies were measured non bone pressed in a hurry with 70% erections so the results were way off. Also because, well, porn. Now I'm wondering if I'm "different" because I basically started PE at 11 years old by cutting the ends off baloons and using them as a sort of mild clamping session. I did a lot of this type of stuff until about 17 wishing some of the temporary expansion would stick. When free porn got better I stopped paying as much attention to my unit, so not sure at what age this effect would taper off. Who knows, maybe puberty growth hormones respond well to PE and all this paid off. At 28 my gains seem to be just EQ so far.

Go slow and just try PE out. No rush and no need to do something that might hurt yourself. Most important thing is your dick works. Size is secondary.
Nothing is written in stone here just do the basics for whatever time you have or care to put into it and see what results you get. Go from there. Some of the guys around here try to hard. In other words trying to rip your dick off of your body is too much. Working out every day for hours is too much.

Well I think so. As a youngin when I first started masturbation , I always felt guilty and thought that anything left behind would get me busted. You know wet stains in my pants. So from ages 13 to I'd say 16 - 16 1/2 , I Used to unknowingly Jelq. After I ejaculated I would form the circle around my base & Squeeze all the left overs out.
