so some time ago i watched a video of arnold schawarzeneger *sp talking about how he felt visualization during his training imprved his gains. he would basically imagine his muscles getting bigger and stronger as he worked out.
i also read a study some time ago that i indicated that simply thinkinh about/imagining working out was nearly as effective as actually working out.
through tummo meditation monks can rais thei body temperatures almost 50 degrees F. they basically sit there and imagine themselves breathing in and out fire.
when i do my PE now, i visualize my dick getting bigger
, harder, more awesome. does anyone else practice something similar? do you guys think we can influence our gains with our thoughts?
