I've seen a lot of thread lately on people having questions about reverse kegles and ballooning. So I want to give a little insight from someone who is new to them both so I'm no expert. A few weeks back I started ballooning, I wasn't doing it right at all but I started. I would just turn on some porn and edge w/o cumming. Once I get about 5-7 dry orgasms or damn near close to it I would just stop cold turkey. I wasn't doing a reverse kegle during the session or anything. So then I came across a tread about a week ago on reverse kegling so I gave it another try. After a bit of practice I found it to be such an amazing supplement to my PE. I could force so much extra blood into my cock without even touching it. I was so surprised how powerfull this exercise is. If you can't reverse kegle with the same results right away don't be discourage, they will come. Basically what I had to do to get reverse kegles right was sit on the toilet like if I were to take a shit. I brought my laptop and started to watch porn till I got about 90%-95% fully erect. Then I would try my best to focus on reverse kegling. At first I couldn’t do it without flexing my stomach, it's okay to flex your stomach. It's a lot like moving your ears. Everyone can do it, you just have to train yourself to do them that's all. So back on subject, I practiced pushing Like I was trying to fart and after a while I noticed a crazy pump in my cock. It was amazing. So I've been doing these for about 15 min 3 days a week now and I can finally do them without flexing my stomach or feeling like I'm about to shit my pants. My MEG is about 5.5ish. When I balloon or reverse kegle I can reach 6.1" in EG. That's right 6" without even having to touch my cock, no clamps no cock ring! I encourage you guys to try and master this technique. I feel that it is truly one of the more underrated techniques that I've learned from this website. Also try and mix in some regular kigles during your reverses. Also the reason I started doing these on the toilet was to break myself from the feeling I was going to shit my pants. It feels natural for me to try and push on the toilet were I was scared to try that hard at my computer desk or something. I know there are plenty of you guys out there that are like yeah, this is old news, great! Keep it up but I just wanted to shed some light to this for the other newbs like myself who could possibly get some great gains if not at least some motivation to keep PEing! I mean once you look at your cock fully engorged you will seriously be in awe I know I was.
