Thread: Advice on PE Plan

Hi all, thanks for a great forum. Have really enjoyed reading all the stories and it is nice to see a group of folks who are actually helpful/kind to one another. I have decided to give this thing a shot with my plan of action. Was hoping a few folks would give some input.
I have done jelqing and edging for around a year or so. I gained maybe a 0.5 inches in length, no girth.
Flaccid: Varies wildly, but typically 3.5 length and 3 girth. Definitely a grower, not a shower.
My goal is very simple. I am looking for 5.5 in girth. That is roughly a gain of 3/4 of an inch for me. I plan on making this a longterm plan and based on what I have read, can expect to reach my goal in a year or two.
My plan is as follows:
10 min warm up
Pumping @ 3-5 for 20 mins x 2 every other day
Clamping on the days I pump for no more than 10 mins x 2 sessions with a 10 minute break

I'm not a pumper myself, but from what I see many people have good gains from pumping around 10 minutes a few sets and jelqing in between the sets. Clamping is very intense so I would watch out for that, but you've been doing PE for around a year now so you should be able to see if you're overworking yourself or not. So stay safe.
