Hello, here because Im quitting PE and heres why.
PE changes your cock. Bottom line is you are making changes to your penis. Now, I only did PE for a short time and had little gains, but I saw changes rather quickly. If you are just starting, you may not know the best way to go. If you are curious read the injuries forum... and you will see the huge amount of people that have maybe not known the best, and hurt themselves.
Certain injuries, seem almost standard. Red spotting, donut effect, things like this are talked about as if they are normal.
Not even injuries specifically. Many people have developed slight curves or disproportionate gains. These things aren't exceptions, they are the norm for many, I'd imagine at least 50% of experienced PE'ers have suffered a cock injury or change in some way.
I for one, developed more extensive penile "ridges". https://www.pegym.com/forums/poll-forum/11052-ribs.html Tons of guys online have these with no problems... but they are definitely unsightly. Now, I believe I have had slight ridges for my life, but now some are pronounced, even when flaccid... it just looks... I don't know... different. And I don't like it.
Bottom line is that PE works for many, it really does. This post is meant to say that PE DOES WORK(do the newbie program if you absolutely must)! But it also isn't for everyone. I mean that. It is for the small small minority of people who are willing to risk a lot and put in a ton of effort and concern over something that is likely not an issue. Tons of guys start like me. I started with measurements of 7.75.x5.25 on a good day. I've had some very rewarding sexual experiences that should make me feel confident. And I still felt inadequate. I think ultimately, addressing the feelings of sexual frustration I feel will help me more than this cock size obsession. If I had a very small penis I still might not risk it.
Anyway, I won't be checking this thread. I just hope that some newbie reads this and might realize that P.E. is different than working out at the gym. It isn't a muscle that adapts to stress the same way, and you can very easily change your penis to something you'd rather it not be, or hurt yourself for a long period of time if you aren't careful...
Might sound like common sense. But just giving a somewhat educated and experienced view from the other side.

Most people in the injury forums have nothing serious, only the few that did did not read and stay safe.
Red spots go away in a day, that means you're doing too much, any educated and experienced person and even a new person knows that. I have and many have never gotten a donut effect, unless you pump too long, not smart.
Nothing wrong with penile ribs, if you don't want to risk your penis changing at all then don't do PE. simple.
Just like bodybuilding, you want big muscles but no veins or other changes? Good luck.
