    So lately it seems like my stretching exercises are working, sort of. I've never really felt really seen much change in the length of my penis during a workout. However lately I can measure an increase in length and a decrease in girth. After I do some squeezes, my length goes away and my girth returns.

    Also if I end my workout with stretching my EQ isn't so great. If I end it with squeezes or ulis my EQ is great.

    Is this normal? I've never experienced this before. It's almost like my penis is very stretchable right now. Does anyone else have any feedback on this type of thing.

    Hmm. It sounds to me like these are more or less temporary changes that are directly influenced by type of exercise you just did. Your girth doesn't really 'return' from squeezes as you said, rather it was temporarily influenced by exercise.

    Measure on days off from PE, with your best EQ - this was it's apples to apples. Then if there are still recordable variances, you can take them a little more seriously. Bottom line, I think you're choosing a poor time to measure.

    I have the same fluctuations during a work out and so I measure on off-days like Third Arm suggested.

    I only measure after 2 or 3 days off, similar to the guys above. A good stretch session will efect your EQ, cant get a true meauement with low eq.

    this happened to me recently, i gained around .5 in length and lost .25 in girth. good news is that im getting my girth back now and keeping my length. so maybe its just temporary for you too.

    So these temporary gains are pretty normal after a good workout?

    I've just never seen such rapid changes in my length and girth during my workouts before. I take it this must be a good sign.

    I measure natural, then again with a rubber band clamp.
    Every time my Girth increases, but my Length decreases.
    (last time, Girth staid the same and my Length actually increased, this may be due to lower EQ)

    I also noticed with my own gains and some others that
    1 EL increases + Girth Decreases.
    2 Then Girth catches up again.

    Measuring immediately after an exercise will give you results based on the immediate influence of said exercise.

    Measure length and girth once every two weeks to get a timely assessment of your "raw" gains.
