I plan on conditioning for two months and then doing bundled stretches but I don't know if that's enough to make significant gains, anyone know a good workout involving them?

Whats a good workout that involves bundled stretches?

Just throw them in after your regular stretches. Tunica tugs and bends are good too. I wouldn't base your entire routine around any of them though. When you are done with the JP90 day try doing it for 30 more days with the only difference being that you do those stretches bundled for 30 days and you will like that. That is what i did. I did pumping in place of the jelquing but I loved the stretches, loved them more bundled.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
