I started this thread because of the dimension of my glans. I feel it small compared to my dick
I'm doing actually a "Beginner-Advanced" Routine, the DLD Routine 5days on 5days off, who incorporates Stretching and Jelqing
I'm doing a Routine Kegel during my rest days.
So, some questions:
- Does it exist exercices who work specifically the Glans ?
and - Doing Kegel everyday is good for the glans growth or my 2days/7 Routine Kegel is the best way ?
