A lot of guys who do hanging, jelqing, stretching seem to lose some gains or nearly all if they complete stop P.E for long periods of time. Is this the same with penis extenders?
I ask this being most manual P.E focus on stretching the ligaments while ADS/ extenders focus on new growth. What is your opinion on the best method for long term results that need little or no maintenance?
Seems to me the ligaments can tighten up after being stretched....

The ligs stretch permanently and can bring 'inner penis' out with them. I don't think many guys who see notable gains lose them, even after 10 years.
Once you get into manual exercises, maintenance is just masturbating.
I've never used an extender, but I would suggest doing manual exercises along with it, especially if you want to gain girth.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"

I agree with GFG, I use the extender and do manual hand jelqs. The jelqs make you feel like a boss after you jelq and the extender helps you gain without you doing very much but just monitoring it and taking a chill day to do whatever you have to. But do both if possible. I know extenders are expensive but they can be worth it. Also, jelqing is the shit. Get active and try it consistently for a month and it will be hard not to like how it feels and like the erection growth and erection qualityStay cautious about your PI's, take at least two days of rest time, and pray all goes well every day.
