Anyways, I've searched around a fair bit, but I don't know what to do or where to go. Since PE is based entirely upon anecdotal evidence, it makes it difficult for a hardgainer to get on the right track when there are many differing opinions. Some say hanging can be done with caution at 90 days, others advise to condition for "at least a year". I suppose at this point I must roll the dice; pick something (anything) and hope for the best.

I didn't gain anything from the JP90. Nothing whatsoever, although I suppose this could be blamed on a inconsistent workout routine, even though I did at least 4 days a week. I started hanging 2 months ago, and I've slacked hard the past 2 weeks because of long work hours, but I am looking at 3/8" gains in length from hanging in 2 months, and 0 girth gains. This is more than I ever would have asked for, so I'm just going to go with it I will say that I never notice alot of expansion from jelq'ing anymore :\ I'm about to start a thread and hopefully people will help me. I'd highly recommend starting hanging, I just use a sock hanger, its a commitment but its very worth itI have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

Next stop: 7.5" x 5.4"
