    As it comes closer to the end of the JP 90 day routine. I think it's time that I start doing advanced exercises. I would prefer to focus more on length, but I have no problem with working on girth as well.

    Anyway, don't really have much results from the routine. I've gained a bit of girth and I've noticed that I last a lot longer too.

    So can anyone recommend some advanced exercises or routines to do?

    Also looking to start advanced exercises, but i'm focused more on girth. I'll be doing squeezes.

      Some more advanced stretches include A stretches, V stretches and the side-to-side stretch. You can also add time or reps to your current stretching routine.

      Edit: I forgot to add that the book Exercising the Penis includes something called the double stretch, which is similar to a tunica tug. You basically just stretch the penis in two separate directions: one hand away from the body, one hand towards the body. You ca alter which section of the shaft to target.
