  • DLD Slow Squash Jelq Help?

    I'm trying to make sense of the slow squash jelq, but there are NO videos and the illustrations don't help much either.

    Some say you use your palm/hand and push inward against the jelq, as if you're crushing a coca-cola can. Others say you push down, almost like an erect bend.

    How do you do this exercise?
    Start: 1/6/15
    Weight: 210 lbs
    Goals: 2/6/15 - 195lbs | 3/6/15 - 180 lbs
    BPEL: 6.5 in
    EG: 4.25 in
    Ultimate Goals: 8 x 5.5 | 5ft10in: 175lbs

    Get around 49-67 percent erect , Grip the base of the penis with an ok symbol as you would in jelqing , make the same OK symbol under the glans with the next hand. Kegel to push blood into the penis. Slowly jelq up about and inch or a bit more with the hande near the base up to the hand near the glands , while slowly moving the hand near the glands toward the hand near the base. A tight grip is necessary. - You guys can correct me if i'm wrong , but i think thats how its done.
