Sup dudes, I have done pe on and off for a bit now so I would not say I am a beginner beginner, but I am far from being experienced and I want any useful tips on how best to increase the thickness of my penis. It is 7 inches long so I am not fussed about length but it is 5 inches around which is pretty average and I would love any advice, techniques, workout plans and warnings to help me with making it a thicker penis. Cheers guys. p.s I do not want to jelq unless you think it is essential. What I do now is warm up and warm down with a hot wrap, and a combination of ulis, bends and squeezes. I put porn on to keep hard tho inbetween reps I need to wank in order to maintain my hardon, is this safe? I never finish off after a workout.

Thanks! So what I am doing at the min as a hot towel warm up and warm down. I do 6 reps of erect 30 second squeezes at the base. I then do 2 left bent squeezes, 2 bent down squeezes and 2 right bent squeezes. I finish off with two horse type squeezes but not moving, just holding my fingers in place. Takes me like 15 mins. Doesnt seem like much but my dick feels pretty tired now and I will start increasing the intensity every 2 weeks or so. Does this sound like a decent routine? anything u would add?
