  • Stretching ??

    Would stretching a few hrs prior to or maybe even once sometime during the day Just not literally right before your session be just as affective as right before. Just wondering if I had some time to get it out if the way before hand I could save time later. It's hard being in a time crunch sometimes. Thanks

      If you want to do a seperate stretching session in the morning and jelque later that would be fine. It will not hurt gains and if it gets your work out in more consistantly then it is better.
      Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
