    aright so I'm one week in this thing. question: in between routines, ok to pull on my flaccid piece? it seems like it's reconstructing/congealing inside, feels really good to hold it and stretch it out. is this wrong? should i just let it be? or is it beneficial to keep the tissues fresh

      I do it, without really thinking about it, all the time. I've had pretty good gains. Ive noticed that by rolling my dick in between both hands, like dough, it helps fluff the penis and I have had good girth gains since I started doing that as well. A fluffed, elastic penis, grows faster in my experience.

            Yes it is fine to do brief stretches throughout the day, everyday. I do brief stretches anytime I have my penis out (before urinating, before showering, when changing my cloths, etc) This is a habit I've had since I started PE back in 1999. Lately, I don't just to a quick 2-3 second stretch. I now pull my flaccid penis straight out in front of me firmly and then do 30 quick kegels.

            I also regularly wear cock rings to keep things nice and plump.
            (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
            (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
            Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
            Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

              You think a cock ring is worth the money if you have problems with turtling outside of your home?

              For some weird reason, I never turtle when I'm home.
