Is manual pe stretches the same as extending? yesterday I could only do two hours using extender laying down, with extender pointing to ceiling..and that was at 5 inches stretched..now I got tired and it started to bother me a bit..so I took it off and I did an hour of manual stretching with a 30 sec pull Facing straight out, left, right, up, down..and I was streching at 6in maybe a little more..
