What's up guys! I just wanted to share a kegel routine I've been experimenting with for harder erections.

Here's the trick:

1. When you wake up with a morning erection, pull your Hanes underwear down and place the elastic waste band strap on the center of your erection.

2. Once you've done that, go right ahead and kegel against the strap that is holding down your erection.

3. I only do around 50 kegels and then start my day.

I've been trying this out and my erections have been solid. I wear Hanes so that's why I call it the Hanes Morning Kegel.
