Sup dudes, just wondering how effective stretching is, my workout is about girth but on off days (not rest days) I do a pretty good stretching routine, can feel it working my ligaments but does it increase overall length? Or just floppy and is it permanent?

All my length gains are from stretching. Only other thing i do is light jelqs every once in a while.Start (Nov 2012) 6.0 BPEL x 4.75
Jan 2014 - 7.25 BPEL x 4.9
Feb 2014 - ?
Goal - 5.4 Base Girth

depending on the stretches in your routine you can be working the tunica as well as the lighaments. it should increase both erect length and flacid length. the gains need ''maintainance'' (light workouts ) to keep them permanent at that level.Starting Stats: 24/12/2012

BEG 5.00'' now 5.125''
MSEG 4.775'' now 4.875''
TSEG 4.5'' now 4.775''

awesome man, they sound like they are working for you.
So the gains arent permanent? so I cant give pe up once I reach my lifetime goal?

Gains that take a long time to make are usually very persistent, but you can lose some size over time. I guess there are two factors at play here: 1. How persistent will my gains be / how much maintenance will I need? and 2. How much of my progress will stick around even if I never PE again?
Unfortunately, those are really tough to say. If you continue PE for a while longer after hitting your goals, and then taper off slowly, this is called cementing. It will help retain things, but you may still want to do a bit of work here and there for maintenance - but nothing like a full-on routine.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

They wont be permanent the instant you make a gain. You can lose some size if you quit. In order for it to be permanent you need to cement your gains with a maintenance routine. After that they should be peramanent. I enjiy the eq benefits of pe, so even once i reach my goals i will probably do some sort of pe.
