Just take a common sense approach to it, if you want to keep most of your gains, reduce your time you PE gradually to maybe 2 or 3 times a week and you SHOULD keep most of your gains, although nobody knows for certain as everyone is different. I am sure there are people who quit cold turkey after a few months and kept all their gains, whilst some who gradually decrease still lose some. If you want, gain slightly more then you want and then reduce your sessions, so you have a little in the bank if you lose someStarting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"

No, thats not what you do, it is generally used for an injury but has been abused lately. You make a thread and people will reply when they read it. Had it not been already replied to several times I would have deleted it.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Ok cheers for the heads-up, Im pretty new and have seen someone else do it so I didnt think I was doing anything wrong, thanks for the advice and next time, I will know what to do.
