I've been extending since the start of October and Gained 2" in stretched length. Which meets my realistic target of 7"!
Prob is erect length is 5.5" -6" long.
Here's my routine: Jaypop 90 Day
I do that before a 20 minute Bathmate session. Gaining Girth but not length. I've been doing PE straight for over a year now.
I use an extender for an hour, 5 times a day. I found it to be the best as my bits need a break after 60mins (not sure if the time is enough). I worked my way up to maximum in my current capacity. I worked my way up to this point. Anything less and I can't feel the exercise.
My Loss of Tug is 6 (downward) only. I'm using this supplement available in most supermarkets off the shelf: Vital Health Foods - Enduramax
I know I'm being a bit over zealous, any advice on maximizing this situation would be most appreciated.
