Hi guys!
I have been doing quite intense stretching the last month or so. I am doing 3 sessions a day with 5 min warmup and 15 min. mandingo stretches (quite intense). The thing is that I can't feel my ligs being stretched anymore, just the tunica. Does this mean that my ligs can't get any longer or that my ligs are already used to that pressure and I don't feel anything although they are being stretched?
