So I've got a few questions regarding PE.
I've mainly got questions about stretching, keep in mind I am a beginner, I haven't conditioned much if at all, and I've barely done any training what so ever.
I assume you need a warm up, for this as well and wondering if doing a warm up in the shower is possible? Can I use a warm rag wrapped around the penis and if so how long should I keep it on?
I'm only really interested in stretching and edging right now so I am wondering if these will produce gains without the use of jelqing.
I'm going to do straight forward, straight up, straight down, left, right stretches, and A stretches. The question is how long should I hold them, where should I grip the penis how many sets should I do?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm not looking to do jelqing yet until a later stage so please do not suggest those.

Grip around the shaft right under the glans/head.
Holds typically are between 20-30 seconds, but it's a matter of using one's own discretion.
Do as many sets as you like, the more the better.
jelqing is a good way to condition your penis for more intense techniques, so don't give em up completely.
Consistency is the key to getting gains, so a casual approach will get you nowhere.
Make PEing part of your daily life like showering, shaving, eating, pooping, etc.

even if you don't want to gain girth, jelqing is going to be very helpful. I am targeting only length at the moment but I jelq from time to time. Gripping under your glans for stretching can put a lot of pressure on the blood in your glans if you want intense stretching. If you are quite new you should not attempt to do intense exercises of any kind, but that jelqing would definetely help have a healthier and harder penis which will respond better to your stretches. BTW, jelqing may give you girth and stronger orgasms (that is what happened to me, but everyone is different).
You should start off a session stretching gently and gradually increase the tension in your ligs and tunica to a point that is good for you. When you are stretching to your adequate level, you should be able to feel some stretch but NEVER PAIN. Also, being not very well conditioned you will need to be flaccid when doing this and the pressure you should feel is very little so as not to hurt yourself. At the beginning you might not be stretching very well and may not feel anything in your penis but it is OK. with time you will do better and learn from experience.

jelq is the base exercise of PE, you must give your penis some conditioning, don't stop your jelqs so one day you can start other kinds of exercises!LOG

Just do it. Variations in grip and length will help YOU find out what is comfortable for YOU. Grip anywhere you want and pull. It's not rocket science. Proper stretching and edging should lead to gains. Everyone does it differently, I'm sure. Use 2 hands if you can.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
