Thread: new to PE

hello everybody. i'm new to the forums & also new to PE. I'm doing FR (foreskin restoration) and I hope I'll be able to combine it with some PE. I want to get some more length and girth.
is it risky? is it possible to damage the penis even if you are very careful?
is there a way to tell you're making progress?
is there a limit to how much you can make your penis bigger?
is it possible for the erections to become weaker?
how much of exercise\s do you need to do daily?
in how much time approx do you gain more size?
is girth harder to grow than length or vice versa?
are there any downsides to having a big dick?
does PE make solo or sex feel better?
will it in any way interfere with my FR?
I'm about 5" in length (unfortunately) & same in girth. do you guys do it for yourselves? or for your partners?
if there's anything else i need to know, feel free to add

1. Risk is minimized by learning the techniques and by not attempting anything too advanced.
2. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth! And take precise starting measurements to best detect minor gains.
3. Probably, yes. There are diminishing returns.
4. Yes, if you do more work than you're ready for.
5. It's not always a daily thing. Most guys PE 3-5 days per week and routine length vary a good deal, usually from 20-60 minutes for manual routines.
6. Unpredictable. Guys are all over the spectrum on this one.
7. It seems that some guys gain length more easily and some gain girth more easily. The trend seems to be that long thin guys usually have an easier time with length, and short thick guys usually have an easier time with girth. But that's not a rule. Some guys are fortunate enough to gain both, and for some it'll be very slow going the whole way.
8. There are limitations to a woman's vagina.
9. It has no impact on your own sensitivity.
10. Well, not really. If you get longer, it will take more foreskin to get coverage. But since skin grows more quickly than your penile tissue, your foreskin shouldn't fall behind in growth. Plus, basic PE stretching often stretches the foreskin a bit too.

(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

I second Thirdarm on all his answers except the sensitivity because I think it feels better now. It might just be because I have always fantasized about having a bigger dick. Just try it out yourself and you'll find all the answers you need!

I will say this in response to the sensitivity part: Sometimes, PE causes guys to rethink their masturbation frequency due to rumors (unconfirmed, that is), that masturbating before/after a session affects gains. Plus, there's a no porn trend around here. If you reduce frequency of masturbation, no matter the motivation, you'll usually have better ejaculations.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

My two sense -
You MUST stay persistent and be honest with yourself. Perhaps, you should make a schedule with your weekly PE strategy and include routines.
Only measure once every 2 months maximum and BPEL (measure bone pressed erect length) so as to keep measurements consistent.
Make short goals. As you are 5' make your short term goal 5.5' for three months. Once you reach that, aim for 6', and so on.

Sex feels better as your dick gets bigger, because the friction increase is definetly noticeable during sex!
