    this is my 3rd time trying pe. the first 2 times were last year and i advanced way to quickly which is what prob caused me to injure myself both times. i have started the jp90 program and i am on my 5 day, and have also quiet watching porn. i am 2 wks clean so far so good. with the program i feel good knowing, that i am doing the exercises right this time and keeping to a good slow regimen. But i have 2 questions, one is with jelqing how can i keep my friend up, i usually go soft at some point and end up having to edge a lil to get it back up. so is there a way or thing for me to do to keep it up while jelqing. and second is with the helicopter stretches. i form a ok grip right under the head around the glans and move in a circular motion like a helicopter is this the right way to do them and is there a video showing how to do them.

    also my workout is:

    -5min warmup
    -10 min stretches: 20 helicopters, stretch in each direction an kegel 20 times while in each direction, then do 10 big circles to left and right then 20 helicopters. (basically the stretches in the jp90 program).
    -50 jelqs
    -5 min warm down

    every week i will add 2 mins to the stretches, 5 jelqs, and 10 kegels. i go 1 on an 1 off just to get my friend conditioned, and then after 3 weeks i will switch to 2 on and 1 off. my goal is to gain 1 inch in length and .5 in girth, but anything extra in either length or girth is nice to. i have read that some people say you shouldnt change the routine for the first 3 months, so would it be best to stick to this and wait 3 months before i start to add any to it
