Depends on what type of gainer you are. Some big posters and big gainers here on PEGym gained nothing in 3 months then went to gain inches in the 4th-6th months.
You'd be unlucky to see absolutely no gains within about 4-5 months but some people do need that time before they actually gain.
And some gain length quicker, some gain girth quicker. I'd say its more common to gain length quicker. In 6 months I gained loads of length, but absolutely no girth.
No matter what you gain, dont start upping the intenisty too soon if you aren't gaining as quick as you'd like, be disciplined and keep up the optimism and results will come when your body is ready for them good luckI'm back!

A traction wrap is an elastic bandage that you can purchase at a store like CVS pharmacy. What I do is after I am done on length days, I warm down and then I stretch my penis fully out to its max. Then I start from the head downwards to the base wrapping it in a secure fashion with the three prongs to hold it in place. I try and keep it on for about 3 hours at least, but I am gonna up my time to 4 hours in the next two months.

Ideally i would want to join the elite group of people who have gained as much as 2*1 in 6 months however that is highly unlikely (there are threads to back up these claims though only one member got both.
Over three months the minimum i would be happy with is 0.4*0.2 however i would hope for 0.8*0.4.

That would be nice haha. Although I am extraordinarily happy with my gains so far and just want them make them keep coming. .4*.2 would be cool man.

imo the first goal should be to learn how to do your exercises safely and in the way that is most effective for PE. i feel like i have just reached this point, and i could have had nearly a month of injury-free and productive PE had this been my first goal

You could probably be either 7.5x5.25 or 7.25x5.4 depending on if you gain length or girth faster. Also, keep in mind that if your current EQ is really bad then you will see a lot of "gains" early on as PE boosts your EQ.

You can't know how much you'll gain in a certain period of time, just know that someday, you will, and do not stop until you reach your goal and cement your precious gains!LOG

agreed, I haven't joined this site until a couple of months back. I've been doing PE for about three years, but I gotta say I think this forum will greatly help with my gains and keep me accountable
