    Are you, or heard of anybody that has had inches of gains and masturbated frequently? I'm so horny right now, and I usually do it in the morning but haven't today. I'm on my 3rd day of the routine week since i do sunday-thurs....what do i do???? ahh

    I have the same problem where I ejaculate alot of the time when I intend to just edge. I find that masturbation had NO effect on my LENGTH gains, I do strongly believe, however, that it has greatly hindered my girth gains due to a lower EQ. A clamping session almost seems useless if I bust right after and ten minutes later my penis is shriveled up compared to bulged up for an hour.
    I have no problem being with just one woman, but I can't not eat all the donuts.

    Current: 7.2" x 5.25"
    Next stop: 7.5" x 5.4"

      I've said it before, and I'll post it again.

      I remain very skeptical that masturbation directly hinders gains. The work done during your PE routine is already done when the routine is over. What faithandhope said, however, does hold some truth: masturbating quickly after a session can sort of deflate your penis and make you turtle, reducing your post-PE hang. BUT...I have found that edging for a reasonable amount of time actually maintains my hang.

      really???, you seem to believe that you must hold off busting as long as possible. I give you credit for that, and believe that it has some benefits even beyond increased EQ, but I am skeptical that it will do anything more than yield a higher EQ when measuring time comes around.

      Does that mean that masturbating wildly and frequently will be okay? No, because it may hinder effectiveness of the actual PE exercises themselves (namely jelqing ans squeezing-based girth work) when it comes time for your sessions.

      Bottom line: Masturbate in moderation or cut down slightly if you do it too much and your EQ suffers.

      Will ejaculating post session negatively affect you? Show me the proof. I'll keep doing what I'm doing, which is separating PE from edging most of the time.

          well i ended up blowing the load after all. edged fro about 30 minutes and got too close and said all well. i think ill just masturbate every morning when i wake up, and continue to do my routine at night. im on jp90..thank you for your input and advice. makes sence

            So the other night I was doing PE (jp90 routine) and I decided to bust a nut after doing the workout. It wasn't the best idea because when I went to bed I had weird aches that I have NEVER had when I would PE and not bust one. So I figured I'd follow what other people have said and hold off on ejaculating either 2 hours before or after PE. But what I've been doing is masturbating every other day, or once every 3 days. I used to masturbate once a day, and rarely twice in one day so I decided to cut back on that along with quitting porn TOTALLY since I started doing PE.

              You know, I think it really depends on each person
              before I discovered PE, masturbation would completely drain my energy, I couldn't even get 100% hard for a second round, and I would remain completely flaccid if I tried a third one
              maybe because I had a terrible EQ and my body was making such huge effort to keep me hard

                I got the best gains doing my pe exercises after ejacualtion. So masturbate then wait for your refractory period to pass, usually take 30 minutes, then do your pe exercises. You will feel an "ache" which is a good thing. Don't mistake the "ache" with pain, it's different. You'll know what I mean once you try it. After you ejaculate you have a 2 hour window for the refractory phase. Obviously doing the pe exercises after 30 minutes will be better than waiting 2 hours.

                  I've said this once and I'll say it again..sex has a positive influence on my gains, whereas masturbation has a negative impact. I have no scientific support for this, but after a good lay my dick stays pumped up, and after masturbating it usually deflates. I've also been experimenting with masturbation technique to see which is better for my dick, and I'm thinking that dry masturbation is rougher on my dick but produces better erections and less deflation than wet "glans rubbing" masturbation. I've never noticed overtraining in periods where I had lots of sex and did my exercises , but if I PE and masturbate more than once or twice a week then my dick becomes overtrained.

                    I haven't gained inches, but I've gained quickly during frequent masturbation (every 2 days or less on average). If holding off on masturbation helps gains, I don't think it helps that much, and it isn't worth the stress. Chances are not masturbating is causing you more stress ATM than the pleasure you will receive from a larger penis later. My advice would be to do PE so you can enjoy a larger penis later, but masturbate so you can enjoy your penis now. They shouldn't conflict. I've actually found not masturbating frequently hurts my gains because it's harder to control my erection % when I jelq and haven't ejaculated in days. It makes my routine less effective.
