  • Tips for cumming quicker?

    Ok guys to keep it short, i'm a slow cummer, it takes a long time for me to finish during sex, and while I can and used to force things to happen quicker while mastrabating, i've stopped and am trying to fix the problem.

    For anyone who might comment saying I should be thankful I don't finish quicker; yeah its nice to know I last long, but its not nice to be 40 minutes in and doesn't feel like anythings about to happen anytime soon, things getting painful as my girlfriend needs me to stop or me just stopping without finishing to save her any pain. Don't get me wrong, she loves it and enjoys most of our sex, just after around 20-30 minutes she can become dry and sore.

    Anyway, I'm looking for any tips if you can think of any. So far i'm working on the ideas that:
    -gaining EQ might help (incase i'm at like a 7 during the middle of sex which means I'm not getting enough stimulation off a smaller head)
    -gaining girth should help (I read a post saying the increased friction helps a lot)
    -I've stopped porn completely
    -mastrabating less (after edging sessions so 4 times a week) with precautions to make sure I'm not gripping too hard etc.

    Any help is greatly appreciated. Anyone whos been in the situation knows what I'm feeling, its great for the start and middle, just when it creeps to like 20 minutes the passion starts dying as you start knowing you're not going to finish soon, it can be hard :/

      If I wanted to cum quickly / quicker , I have found that doing kegel holds while having sex/masturbating speeds up the process dramatically.
      Starting Stats: 24/12/2012

            My ability to cum from 5 MSEG to 5.375 MSEG is dramatic. I could never cum before, but it's incredibly easy now. Increase your girth, and the friction will increase!

                I would suggest looking into a kegel/reverse kegel routine to gain control over your erections. EQ should peak during sex, maybe you're nervous or something. I can tell from your post you're over-thinking it - The purpose of sex is ejaculation and it should happen almost without control if you're doing it instinctively.

                That being said, there are some on this forum who have overcome the problem by thinking about it so don't take me saying you're over-thinking it as meaning you shouldn't think about it at all.

                  goal8x6 nailed it. If I can avoid kegelling I can do whatever I want forever and it's not going to cause ejaculation. For me the problem is avoiding it. You have an easier time, just tense it when you need to finish. Tense other muscles aswell, I have moments at the end of my edging/MMO session where it's very hard for me to finish, and the only way I can get over the edge is by tensing everything, even my calves, lol.

                      Good. These will help you. What's your goal with edging? It's great for stamina, but it may be counterproductive to your current goals because it reinforces the habit of putting of ejaculation as long as possible. Plus, all that hand to glans friction creates more rough stimulation than a vagina.

                        Thanks for all the advice guys. I am doing a kegel/rKegel routine and will keep it up, and girth gains are all i'm looking for so my routine for the next 12 weeks is geared towards that completely.

                        Thirdarm, my edging is just to promote healthy bloodflow with my increased gains, I keep a light grip and its more for EQ over longer periods of time.

                        I agree that I overthink things, but this is only after like 20 minutes, normally after foreplay my mind isn't anywhere but in the moment and I have a great time, its just when she clearly starts enjoying it less, I notice and thats when I start thinking about kegeling to finish and stuff or various things.

                          Edging is for stamina control, so stop edging. Over training such as PE and edging and then sex regularly will do this, a tired weener will give lower EQ, lower EQ = longer timeto cum. Mr. dicky can only handle so much. When I over do it I get the same results. Try doing no PE for 3 days and see what happens.

                            Ok I'll stop edging,

                            The thing is, I'd been off PE for months and months and in that time i've been away from PE was when i've been having these problems. I kept up with reading on the forum but only started a PE routine again this week, I haven't even had sex since I started again (busy week) so I don't think its an overtraining issue :/ I've only started a proper Kegel/ rKegel routine again alongside my routine, which is just jelqs to condition at the moment. So hopefully i'll see some increase in EQ within the next month which will help.

                              Wow, I didnt know you had not been PEing, I would still stay away from exercises for stamina since you obviously have no issues with lasting. Maybe cut down on keggels as well. I can last s long as I want and I never do edging and dont do many keggels either. Jelquing also gives fantastic blood flow and will help with any girth routine.
